1. The maximum speed of main spindle can achieve 3000r/m. Taking NSKP4 axletree as main spindle, production efficiency is highly improved, and workpiece is of quite excellent surface roughness.

2. Appropriate rigidity, good aseismatic capability, convenient drainage and simple handling.

3. Complete servo system: Guangzhou CNC 980DT, KND1000T system made in China, x and z axis drive, and servo moter.

4. Complete hydraulic pressure control. Taking hydraulic station of high perfomance to control the high-speed ratating fluic cylinder or the hollow hydraulic muff clamp chuck, thus to reduce the press of operation staff and increase production efficiency.
5. With stepless speed change in main spindle, and high-performanced variable frequency main motor, to achieve contant-linear-speed cutting.

6. Strong cutting. Reasonable layout of guide rail and lead screw endow it excellent heavy cutting capability.

7. With resin-sand process, the casting is of good antiwear performance. Through fine grinding, the rigidity of guide rail can achieve over 52.

8. Taking multi-belt drive instead of convertional triangle-belt drive, improving anti-vibration performance of the machine tool.

9. Three-protection and treatment of leakage, full-closed encloser, high-speed cutting and high-efficiency coolant, to insure held water.
